By using TTS Decksmith at ttsdecksmith.com (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

TTS Decksmith is a free tool for building Magic: The Gathering decks and exporting them for Tabletop Simulator. We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

Your decks and backups

Your decks are stored in your own browser and, if you choose, in your own Google Drive. You own your decks. Browser storage can be erased — for example by clearing site data or switching browsers — and we cannot recover it. Please download backups of decks you care about (Settings → Download Backup).

Acceptable use

• Use the app only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the app, overload it, or use its deck-import service to fetch anything other than decks for your own use.
• Only add custom image links you have the right to use.

Third-party services

The app relies on other services, including Scryfall for card data and images, Google for optional Drive sync, and public deck sites for link imports. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or content. How the app handles your information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Fan content

TTS Decksmith is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Fan Content Policy. Not approved/endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. ©Wizards of the Coast LLC.

TTS Decksmith is not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast, Scryfall, Tabletop Simulator, or Google.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, that card data or exports will be accurate, or that your data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
